We at Selene Lighting want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may need to
return an item. We offer a no quibble returns policy on all our standard products to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us.

Our return policy is as follows:

• You may return any product purchased from us within 30 days
  of purchase for a full refund, alteration or exchange.
• To make a return, simply contact our customer service team
  with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a
  return shipping label, so you won't have to pay for return shipping.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in
  new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange
  if the item is not in its original condition.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact
  us immediately, return the item and we'll send a replacement item at no
  additional cost to you.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  for the purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be
  processed and reflected on your account.
• If you prefer to exchange for a different product or would
  like an alteration to your existing order, please return the item in its
  original packaging and as new condition, we'll cover returns and reshipping
  costs.
